Payment Policy
General Payment Terms
All payments must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. For payment confirmation, please email the transaction slip to voyagetravelhq@gmail.com or WhatsApp to 018-223 3379.
Deposit Requirements
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings for:
- Group Flight Tickets
- Accommodation Rentals
- Event Management (MICE)
- Tour Packages & Theme Park e-Tickets
- Transport Services
Full Payment Deadlines
- Group Flight Tickets: 30 days before departure
- Accommodation Rentals: 14 days before check-in
- Event Management (MICE): 60 days before event
- Tour Packages: 45 days before tour date
- Transport Services: 7 days before service date
Installment Payments
Installment payments may be allowed upon written agreement.
Discount Policy
Early Bird Discounts
- Group Flight Tickets: 5% (90 days before departure)
- Tour Packages: 10% (120 days before tour)
- Event Management: 7% (180 days before event)
Group Discounts
- Minimum 10 participants
- Flight Tickets: 3%
- Tour Packages: 5%
- Accommodation (15 rooms): 10%
Loyalty Discounts
- Second booking: 5%
- Third booking onwards: 10%

Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, customers may opt for full refund or reschedule.
Modification Policy
- Flight Date Change: RM100 per person
- Tour Packages Change: RM150 per person
- Accommodation Change: RM50 per booking
