1. Introduction

Welcome to Voyage Travel Sdn. Bhd. (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including but not limited to group flight tickets, accommodation rentals, event management, tour packages, theme park e-tickets, and other related travel services. By engaging with our services, you (“the Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Reservations and Deposits

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
Full payment is required no later than 14 days prior to departure or event date unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Payment Methods

Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods. Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred are the responsibility of the Customer.

2.3 Price Adjustments

All prices are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or other factors beyond our control. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellations must be made in writing to voyagetravelhq@gmail.com
30 days or more before departure: 50% of deposit forfeited
14–29 days before departure: 75% of total cost forfeited
Less than 14 days: No refund
No refunds for unused services or no-shows

3.2 Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered.

4. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

4.1 Passports and Visas

Customers are responsible for ensuring travel documents are valid. The Company is not liable for issues arising from invalid documents.

4.2 Travel Insurance

Customers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. The Company is not responsible for losses during travel.

5. Accommodation and Services

5.1 Accommodation Rentals

Accommodation bookings are subject to property owner terms. The Company acts as intermediary only.

5.2 Event Management (MICE)

Detailed proposals will be provided. Any changes may incur additional charges.

5.3 Theme Park and Other Tickets

E-tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Limitation of Liability

The Company acts as agent for third-party suppliers and is not liable for their actions or failures.

6.2 Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays due to force majeure events including pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Complaints

Complaints must be reported immediately and submitted in writing within 7 days.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved under Malaysian law and jurisdiction of courts in Selangor, Malaysia.

8. General Terms

8.1 Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

8.2 Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
